Key Moments Photography is a Hudson Valley real estate media business specializing in property photos, FAA-licensed aerial drone photography, cinematic video tours, 360° virtual tours, and floor plans — everything agents and sellers need to make a listing stand out and sell faster.

We offer a full suite of listing media services:

Photography — 30–40 professionally edited HDR interior and exterior images, optimized for MLS and digital marketing.

Aerial Drone — FAA Part 107 certified aerial photography and video showcasing the property, lot, and surrounding area.

Video Tours — Cinematic walkthrough videos that bring listings to life for online buyers.

Floor Plans — Accurate, clean floor plan layouts that help buyers understand the space before they visit.

Additional Services — Twilight photography, virtual staging, and 360° virtual tours are also available.

The easiest way is to book directly through our online booking form. You can also reach us by phone or email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to lock in your preferred date and time, especially during busy listing seasons.

In most cases we can schedule a shoot within 1–3 business days. If you have a tight timeline, rush appointments are available for an additional fee — just let us know when you reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We monitor the weather closely. If light rain or overcast conditions occur, we proceed with the interior shoot as scheduled — we can even add blue skies in editing! For heavy rain or high winds that ground our drone, we will shoot the interior and return for the exterior/drone media on the next clear day at no additional charge. If you prefer to completely reschedule the entire shoot due to weather, we simply ask for 24 hours' notice.

A well-prepared property makes a huge difference in the final images. Here's a quick checklist:

• Declutter all countertops, tables, and visible surfaces
• Remove personal items (family photos, toiletries, pet bowls)
• Turn on all interior lights and replace any burned-out bulbs
• Open blinds and curtains to maximize natural light
• Mow the lawn and tidy up the exterior/landscaping
• Move vehicles out of the driveway

The more staging done before we arrive, the better your photos will look.

Please note: For liability reasons, our photographers do not clean, stage, or move heavy furniture. The home will be shot exactly as it is presented upon arrival.

We understand that real estate is unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a $50 fee to cover the blocked schedule time. If we arrive at the property and it is not ready to be photographed, a $50 return fee will apply.

Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours of the shoot. If you need your images sooner, same-day or next-morning delivery is available for an additional rush fee. All images are delivered in MLS-ready and web-optimized formats so you can list immediately.

All deliverables are sent through our online gallery platform where you can download full-resolution files, share links with clients, and access your media anytime. Photos come in both high-resolution and MLS-optimized sizes. Video and drone files are delivered as download links.

Key Moments Photography retains the copyright to all media. As the hiring agent, you receive a non-transferable license to use the images for all marketing associated with selling the property. This license covers the duration of your listing. Media cannot be sold, given, or transferred to third parties (such as builders, stagers, or other agents) without a separate licensing agreement from us.

We primarily serve Dutchess County, Ulster County, Orange County, and the broader Hudson Valley region. Travel outside this area is available for an additional travel fee — reach out and we'll confirm coverage for your location.

Pricing is based on the package you choose and the size of the property. Each package has tiered pricing that adjusts automatically at checkout based on square footage:

Essential Photo (HDR photography only)
• Under 2,000 sq ft — $250  |  2,001–3,500 sq ft — $300  |  3,501–5,000 sq ft — $350

Signature Photo + Aerial (HDR + FAA drone)
• Under 2,000 sq ft — $350  |  2,001–3,500 sq ft — $400  |  3,501–5,000 sq ft — $450

Premium Marketing Suite (HDR + drone + cinematic video)
• Under 2,000 sq ft — $550  |  2,001–3,500 sq ft — $625  |  3,501–5,000 sq ft — $700
